
Chair meets King
When King Charles III journeyed to East London at the invitation of BBPI Councillors Abdal Ullah and Ayesha Qureshi MBE, JP, he was met by EastHands Charity Chairman Nobab Uddin, who spoke to the monarch.
The King heard the enlightening story of the contributions of Bangladeshis to the liberation war of their country in Britain. At the same time, Chairman Nobab Uddin highlighted before the monarch the contributions made by British Bangladeshis to the economy, culture and politics of Britain.
